Tan Chin Fan was his school’s sports photographer during primary school at Hokkien Huay Kuan, showing he was very much indulged in photography from a young age.

He went on to study arts and photography at college and now he has been shooting for Government, Concerts, TV channels and Fashion events for the past 8 years, including Singapore Fashion Week, Audi Fashion Festival since 2010, Roberto Cavalli Runway Show and Jewelry Time 2014 by Cortina Watch. Chin Fan has shot for Van Cleef n Arpels Jewelry 2016 and also been shooting for National Geographic (Fox International Channels) till this day.
